Some products come with different lengths of time that they are guaranteed for, so we will do our best to inform you about their guarantees here. Please read the following and understand what guarantees are offered for the products you may be receiving. If you still have any questions about any products or manufactured goods that are not listed below, just ask your representative, and they will do their best to provide you with more information about specific products.

- Irrigation Systems/Components "Rainbird" (1 year)

Items Not Guaranteed:
- Transplanted Plants, Palms, or Trees
- Seasonal Flowers
- Reused Products or Components
- Existing Landscape, Lighting, Irrigation, etc.

We DO NOT guarantee plant materials that have been neglected, including poor maintenance practices, acts of vandalism, transplantation, or damaged by flooding, drought, watering restrictions, freezing, storms or any other acts of nature. Plants that have declined will be treated; NOT replaced. Any plant that warrants replacement (died after treatment was rendered) will be replaced with the same as originally specified/installed if available, or an owner approved substitute will be used.
